Effective July 1, 2019 ALL "No Court Appearance" traffic citations cost $164.00.
To pay your "NO COURT APPEARANCE" traffic or Conservation Violations

To Request Court Supervision
To Request Court Supervision, you must contact:
State's Attorney's Office at 618-382-2321 ext 5
All request for Supervision will be denied unless submitted at least one week prior to the court date indicated at the bottom of the citation
If you have already paid your ticket on line, or have sent the blue copy of your ticket and/ or paid the ticket fine amount you must file a Motion to Vacate Guilty Plea with the Circuit Clerk's Office and pay an additional fee before continuing with your request for order of supervision.
The fee is set by state statute:
$40.00 fee to file Motion to Vacate
All request for supervision will be denied
unless submitted at least one week
prior to the court date indicated at the bottom
