The Office of the Circuit Clerk is a state constitutional officer elected by the citizens of White County for a four year term. It is an office of the Judicial Branch of Illinois State government.
The Circuit Clerk's office is committed to serving the citizens of White County and all participants in the judicial system in timely, efficient, and competent manner.
The White County Circuit Clerk’s Office maintains all Circuit Court records and collects all court-related fines and fees. The Office connects the judicial system and the public. The Clerk provides court records to people in the court system and also makes these records available to the public.
