White County offers several options for viewing our land records.
In Person: You may access the land records using our public terminals in the Clerk’s records room. The terminals are open to the public on regular business days from the hours of 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Tapestry is a “charge per search” option designed for the occasional user.
This web-based service allows you to have 24/7 access to White County land records.

Laredo is an account-based search designed for users who consistently search in White County.
This subscription program gives you the ability to search and print documents from your computer 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. You have the option to access our records online through LAREDO ANYWHERE or you can download the LAREDO desktop application.
To sign up:
Print, fill out, and submit the LAREDO agreement.
To search:
Once you have signed up and have been issued a username and password, download the LAREDO software.
